Tower Oaks Civic Club

Founded more than 50 years ago, Tower Oaks is a restricted subdivision located in northwest Harris
County. With an abundance of mature oak trees on acreage lots, Tower Oaks residents enjoy the look
and feel of country living and yet have all the conveniences of city life just minutes away.

Situated within the Cypress-Fairbanks I.S.D., our residents also have easy access to Tomball College
as well as Lone Star College. We are a short drive to Willowbrook Mall and the many nearby shopping
districts, movie theaters, restaurants and medical centers.

Tower Oaks residents are provided emergency and fire services through the Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire
Department.

Additionally, the Cypress Creek Recreation Association is located adjacent to Tower Oaks and offers
family memberships for fun at the pool and park.

NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH - Tower Oaks residents feel that the way to keep the neighborhood safe is to
be proactive against crime. Tower Oaks has a large and very active neighborhood crime watch group.

New home construction, add-ons, swimming pools, driveways, etc. must be approved BEFORE
construction begins. A simple architectural pre-approval will prevent any costly mistakes! Please
